Subnote is a minimalist note-taking application designed for simplicity and privacy. The App operates entirely locally on your device, with no user accounts, no advertising, and no data transmission to external servers.

3. Local Data Storage

All your notes and data are stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information or notes on our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

4. No User Accounts

Subnote does not require user registration or accounts. The App functions without any personal information collection or user identification systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The Subnote application, including its design, code, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Distribute malware or harmful content through the App

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
